It’s time to hit the weights with your ACA Football Brothers!
Work Out Times: 5:30 – 7:00 PM
Begins: May 6th 2025
Weight Room availability to ACA Football will be on the Football Calendar. Coach Eric and/or Coach Seth will be there on Tuesday & Thursdays.
Coach Garrick will be there every day to help you with weights and special position training. Meal Plan suggestions upon request. Weight training is NOT mandatory but is highly recommended. Not only is it good for team building but it helps players to become bigger, faster and stronger and most importantly helps to prevent injuries.
